 | The old, abandoned town of Belle Ville was originally placed in Aboveground, Downtown and served as the place of what is supposed to be the Inner City. Old, Victorian, Gothic and Renaissance-modeled houses are scattered in a seemingly maze-like fashion. What no one has discovered, however, is where it leads.

It looks more of a web than a static, and what's more interesting is that the Great Static also serves as the marketplace, its shops 'hanging', attached on the very 'web' of the great static and stands on every weird direction. Makeshift roads are created and certain roads are lifted just for the convenience of the buyer. And as a new buyer approaches, he will surely receive static as the confusion as to what leads to where arises.
