It enables the user to generate and manipulate illusions (illusions last until Xanatos say they're over)
Weakness:
Strenghts: Even the bracelet itself is an illusion. No one but Xanatos and ABSOLUTELY him can basically say where it is. (I told Rhanta where it is so there is no bias).
