Also amplifies the psychic abilities. Provides a mental link to Katha
Weakness:When not worn, screw you I'm taking control of these bots.
Strengths:Shadows, malice, descent.

History: Divonga's apprentice had pleaded to Katha that he needed help. Seeing this as one more step closer to the Reaper's bony throat,
he obliged. He made the Helm of Angband.

Wow, it's kinda powerful for just one person. (I need details! Don't tell me it 'amplifies' or 'boosts' or 'subtracts' or whatever, tell me the percentage!!! XD).

amplifies Psionics by 30%, increases psyonic range by 1000 feet. All other abilities are increased by 20%. Meaning if i can once lift 6 tonnes, i can now lift 7.2 tonnes.
