Description: Vio creates a dome of pure darkness, light disperse inside it. Disables any kind of vision, even if it's night vision, nothing can see inside but Vio. Other PCs and NPCs senses are decreased by 20%. No one but Vio can manipulate the dome. Vio can sense everything and everyone inside it.
History: Vio got tired of using his other powers only at night. So he made a solution to that problem y creating a big dome or darkness.
