Rank: A-B =4 *Target is paralyzed for 3 posts, Speed decrease by 50%, Attack damage to target is amplified by 50%, automatic keyword weakened,paralyzed,crippled*
Rank: C-D =3 *Target is paralyzed for 1 post, Speed decrease by 50%, automatic keyword, weakened/paralyzed*
Rank: E =2 *Decreases speed by 50% for 3 posts, automatic keyword weakened*
Rank: F =1 *Decreases speed by 30% 2 posts*

Ability/Skill: Hunter Use
Description: When or "if" a person is crippled, unable to move, stun, down or any means that he is unable to move Therion grabs a killing opportunity to immediately kill any monster's or even a player himself and makes that kill as a memorable trophy at his own collection of heads. And so the kill would make his respect even higher.
History: This is a traditional technique of Therion's race, the more collected heads or any item that creature or person have the more the respect that his race credits him.
Uniqueness: You must know how to skin a human by hand in less than an hour. (of course no one can possibly do that except with magic)

must have a reasonable recharge post count. how about 5 posts recharge?

It is a Technique... there's no recharge... It's not a gadget....

they can also have recharges like gadgets, especially with the effects once you have higher Ranks. o.o
