The ranking system should be according to how much posts one accumulates and not through battles. Posts should also have a word count in which they must reach before we can say that the adventure is truly over. For example, a person called McMuffin decides to go on a LONE adventure. I must emphasize on the LONE since I notice a lot of us create lone adventures, especially Zenevas and Samael. There should be 1000 words in minimum, there should also be the presence of a mod, guiding the lone adventure topics, making sure it will be fair and just. If it is a joint adventure, there is still a minimum amount of words. The poster must place a counter below his post like this:

It is more easier to do so and easily verify who is a veteran RPer in this forum. Post count includes RPing, and ability/item/pet/etc. validation. We should remove anything else. We should chat in the chat box, no where else. Items will be extremely limited to each person according to rank. I will be talking to Rhanta for this system. Another problem I wish to remedy is the extreme amount of powers each person here has or had. From now on, I wish that we all have mono-powers, and every technique will be centered to it, no exceptions. Items will be extremely 'nerfed'. Items would no longer give powers of extreme power; rather they would give minor powers (still under a moderators decision) or slightly enhance your mono-power. Furthermore, techniques will be closely monitored, every detail will come under a moderator or admin's close inspection. Anything close to godmod will be immediately removed and if the technique can be toned down, we will ask you to do it. Every technique will be trained, in other words a topic wherein your character trains will be created for such. You must complete the task, make it realistic and reach a word count per post a mod will give you.

The word count is to prevent one line posts, which not only I am guilty of (due to familiarity) but everyone else here too. God modding will result in suspension on the first warning and the second will result in banning.

ALL this I have stated above is also under approval, I have only shown this to you to register your approval but the person who I need approval will be Rhanta.

It's godmodding because it stated that you already kicked him without the proper reaction from your opponent. A proper one would be like so:

I attempted to kick him in the gut

That would leave the opponent the window to either block,evade or receive. Another problem we have is the evasion and block. NO one here likes to get hit but let's face it. You cannot keep evading! Make it common sense here, your character is not a god that it has the ultimate stamina to block and evade forever. You will only irritate your foe. Keep it sensible, if you've been attacked by surprise, get hit or at least attempt to block.

Skills and Techniques will be monitored. It does not need to be that way, Crashoverride. There will be a tree, every rank up a player would create his or her own tree. I will explain later if Rhanta approves.

Other than that, Death should be back. This is an Online Game, a written RPG of an MMORPG, therefore what is an MMO without a respawner?

And as usual for an MMO, there should be quest listings. The quests are either made by player (A mod or admin will approve of it) or the mod will make. The quests could give a high amount of points. The points could be Reward Points, in which the player could use to 'buy' an item or skill. Skills and items are bought (Or in this case created by the player, and if the mod or admin approves, they will give a specific price for said item). That would make it look as if it was an MMO.

well, death would be useless to cyborgs like acid burn... his body is like 70% cyborg already... thou 30% is living, that parts will only be revived..

@Crashoverride: The entire RP is based on a MMORPG. Death is merely a respawner. If you don't like to respawn it would be fine.

Thing is kasi, I've never explained pa the "real" meaning of Cyberspace. I might explain it in a message sent only to the Moderators and the other Administrators, pero other than not, other players aren't allowed to know the real origins of the Game.

Ranking should be word-based. A usual number of words on a private training or adventure thread should judge whether the person rank up or not. Also a battle with a higher ranking player which he or she won or lost but have done with exemplary performance.

The problem at hand is controlling the player on "how strong" his or her character is regardless of the rank he or she has.

I believe we should separate the Admins into teams so they'd be in-charge of specific "problems" regarding the reboot of the Game.

I'll need the list of all the existing Admins and Moderators so we can sort out which does which. Even the active members who can help.

I agree with Arakun. Without this turn system, the cooldown system would be practically useless. The cooldown system works by counting your posts after you've used up a technique. If we don't use this system, we would keep posting and the time between each cooldown isn't synchronized. Therefore, the person who is always online would always have the upperhand against another that isn't. We want people to come here and play, not just us.
