Weakness: When countered with the same Ability amplified, the ability returns to its normal state.

Ability: Can manipulate 50 miles x 50 miles of his/her environment. It has its own mind and A.I system controlled by the Vicars' unhackable systems. It can recognize a non-member.
Weakness: If at the hands of a non-member, it won't work.
Strenghts: Only Environs and members of the Vicars can use this.

-----------------------------------------------------------
Ability: Amplifies all Improviser abilities to +150%, but all other abilities will be decreased by -50% for ten posts.
Weakness: Doesn't work if used by a non-member.
Strenghts: Works best with a member.

History: Like all Clans, the Union of Five have, as the Staff gave them power, detection systems on who can and who can't use their technology.

Ability: It renders you invisible and undetectable (by any means possible) for five posts.
Weakness: Renders the user weak by -25%. Can only be used by Union members.
Strenghts: Ways to find invisible people don't apply here.

History: The Union hacked to the system and made this Ring and mass produced it. Now, only members can use this.
