History: Akasha and Anefsina had shared their powers and so they worked together to combine the words.

So what exactly happens when you say Hemoria or Aschen?

she can control the BLOOD FLOW, not the blood itself. So she can not turn them into tentacles or a shield of blood. She can regenerate those with blood by speeding their blood flow up or control the blood she ingests to heal her. Aschen drives people who are ALREADY excited either to calm down or get more excited.

So lemme guess, Vampyra has something to do with vampires that's in Akasha's command, and Nocturn turns the environment into night-time? Something like that?
