wait. 'the user cannot use it' is 'it' the Rune-Save? 'for the next 5 posts' is this you or the enemy? If it's the enemy, this should have a proper recharge-time (if you'll seal for 5 posts, then you need to recharge this for about 5 more (after the 5th sealing post)..)
