1000 years into the future

Vio woke up and got up... He scans the place... He looks from left to right and right to left...

"Where am I? I've never been here before," Vio walked in the unknown place.

As he walk through the place questions emerge from his head, then he saw what seems to be a map on a wall near the destroyed gate of the area.

"A... map?" Vio viewed the map carefully. "So... this is a zoo then?"

A soft clicking sound, like a thousand tiny nails being hammered into rock, erupted from the greenery. The soft sigh of metal rushing echoed. Then a low humming.

Vio looked back, "What the...?"

Vio walked slowly towards where he heard the noise.

A sudden concussive force exploded twenty feet from Vio. All biological life in that area was stunned. From the paralyzed shrubbery, a terrifying organism rose. A metallic dragon-machine. It was both beautiful and frightening. It hissed and coiled a wiry tail around Vio.

"I lost them!" shouted Rhanta before he actually woke up.

He was on top of the huge Welcome Sign when he actually sat down sweating, waking up after experiencing the worst nightmare he could ever have. He searched his Inventory.

"Gone, gone, gone!" he shouted in a whisper, "The Volumes, gone!"

He stood up and nearly fell, his telekinesis supporting him upright. He touched his neck and noticed a lining from left to right. There is no blood or wound, but the scar is there. He was slit to death.

"So it isn't a dream." he whispered, realizing where he is. "This is the Desert Region!"

He jumped below and checked the huge wreckage around him. "What the hell happened to this place?" He immediately checked his watch: November 1, CY 495. He checked the Official Calendar: CY 1495.

"The f..." he whispered, "One thousand years into the future! First, the Arcanus Infinus is gone forever, second, we get to be transferred to the future a thousand years later and I don't know a bit of what happened!"

He heard footsteps. He sensed a shadow bender.

"Vio?" asked Rhanta, chasing the figure.

From the direction of the figure a beam of blue something shot towards Rhanta. The beam singed the very air, and Rhanta saw, it blasted a hole through a ray of light. It was dematerializer.

Rhanta sensed something wrong. It was fast, very fast, but not that too fast to miss his ears. He immediately started to walk slowly and immediately teleported to the right (still walking slowly...), avoiding the dematerializer.

He stopped walking.

"This is familiar."

Grim woke with a start, weirdly still in the Dark Balance form. The dark matter and dark energies kept swirling and churning balancing each other.

"What?...When is it?" Grim asked.

He saw the few who have awoken. He stood silent.

Inside his head, the parasite stirred for the briefest of moments the was still again.

An earsplitting roar erupted and a Draconis Rex was flung out of the trees and was aimed so that it will crush Rhanta. Another beam of dematerializing strenght was shot in a circle.

Grim scratched his head. "Darn, i have such a splitting head ache..."

Grim noticed the monsters coming in. He disabled the Dark Balance Form and released his Ice Katars.

(Draconis Rex as in the Page 2 Monster or the Reptilicus Rex? o.o)

"Crap," whispered Rhanta as, with lightning-fast speed, turned into a ray of lightning and shot upwards towards the skies, reappearing there and staying there to look at his surroundings. Wings of lightning materialized on his back.

Grim looked around. Everything was not in place. What time was it?

Grim changed in form. The Static Chill. His speed quickly changed. Electricity bolted out of him and a chilling cloud emanated from his body. He released a beam of cold energy at the huge monster.

Rhanta noticed the release of cold energy. He felt it from high up there.

He noticed the familiarity.

"Grim!" he whispered, calling with his mind.

Vio, then Grim. Who's next?

He recalled the past events...

...it seems that everyone who battled the Dark Lord and died will be revived a thousand years later. If he's right, they'll be back right here.

An iron terror flew out of the trees, roaring. Reptilicus Rex.
He unleashed a wave of Biostun and launched sight guided missiles, his eyes trained on both.

Grim felt the stun. It was an irritating effect, but he shook it off. Grim caused the missiles to explode using thousands of volts of electricity. Grim then proceeded to freeze the steel dinosaur.

The beast twisted and broke the ice and fired an implosion beam at him while looping and following it with a dematerializer beam and thirteen more rockets.

Grim was faster in this form. The two beams were fairly easy to dodge and the rockets were dealt with the same way the first missiles were destroyed.. Grim then fired an extremely powerful lightning bolt towards the beast to stun it, and forwarded an ice sheet below it to make it slip to the ground. Ice tentacles then coiled around it once it slammed to the ground.

The beast was powerful and absorbed much of the lightning, for the steel and flesh were so combined that they canceled each others weaknesses. A horrible crime against nature. It unleashed a sonic screech that shattered the ice and another biostun.

Far away the screech rebounded and a female form stopped. The figure's light blue hair rippled around her. She turned around and flew with all haste back to the Biodome.

Vio simply backed away and dodged the attack. He brought out his spear and waited...

A beam of blue light shot into the Dome, aimed at Vio's face. Another beam came from behind, beside him left and right and so many beams until it looked like a million pinpricks of blue light had formed an orb around him.
Reptilicus unleashed another Biostun.

Rhanta immediately turned himself into flames, shaking the effect of the stun off him. Being alive seems to have its disadvantages. He reverted back to his original form and covered himself with his cloak, simultaneously summoning hundreds, no, thousands of fireballs at his disposal and launched them towards the beast. He quickly uncovered himself and launched a powerful lightning bolt towards the beast.

Vio easily dodged the beams of light.

The fire and lightning were just deflected by Reptilicus Rex who sent a dozen guided missiles at Rhanta whilst he fired a dematerializer at Rhanta.
Just then a brilliant orb of blue light shot into the dome, causing an explosion like stick of dynamite.

Rhanta quickly flipped his hands, and the missiles exploded, crushing through themselves since they're made of metal. He sent the crushed missile remnants towards the dematerializer beam. Quickly, he immediately retreated to the ground.

Reptilicus began firing beams everywhere, at the sky, at the earth and at Vio. He scoured the earth where Rhanta disappeared with implosion beams, causing the earth to crush into itself, compacting Rhanta.
