Under constant attack by the creatures around, the city is a complete disaster. Buildings crumble beneath the night sky and the people who used to be here had fled to the City of Ships. Used to be the haven of LeyFall, Noctum City had been under siege. Creatures have become restless and continually ravaged the city. Novae Urbi constantly sends in troops to retake the city but no one comes back to report.
The City is currently OFF-LIMITS. Though data recon from some sources state a powerful energy in the area.
The Nocturnal Outlands host a variety of creatures adapted to the dark night. The moon shines endlessly in LeyFall, but the creatures here are restless, dangerous and hungry. Creatures here are classified as B-Rank, therefore players under that rank are at high risk of death. Ravenous predators roam these parts and they aren't only animals. Plants, due to scarcity in sunlight, have begun to feed on meat and live off the reflected sunlight given by the moon.
