Angband, the Tower of Shadows and Flame

Drak looked at the huge building, still being constructed. It was black as night, yet pulsed with angry red lights that seemed to seep from the gaps and runes that were etched all over the black stones that made up the giant tower. It was already half done. Johannes Drak looked up at it and smiled. The Tower of Shadows, the Mountain of Iron, the Helm of Dormor. He turned, the Gala was near. The factory was in the distance, churning out even more metal boxes. They must've been a couple of hundred thousand in Agni alone. The Gala was going to be great.

As John Vigo visited his minning facility at the Magma Region, for a full sweep check. As John was inspecting his workers he saw a skytowering but unfinished tower, he envyed the tower and pulls his cellular phone at his pocket. But John was disappointed as he gets a bad reception signal, but something went on his mind. He plans to create a lot of satellites out in the planet's orbit, as John imagined that lots of overflowing credit numbers and specially credits, John made a weird smile and fixes his suit.

The Tower was almost complete, only the upper levels were missing. Scaffolds were erected all around the tower. It stood four thousand and five hundred feet over the plains around Mt. Agni. The top levels were already being built. Red energy flowed like magma and fire throughout the black tower, illuminating it in ghastly orange fire. Shadows flitted among the multitude of spires and a palpable essence of evil hung about the place. To hold up the massive tower, Johannes had sacrificed a thousand workers and bound their souls to the tower, to hold up every block of obsidian and steel and rock. Johannes adjusted his suit. The Gala was close.

A bright Red flash illuminated the tower. It was complete.

A beam of red light shot out of the tower, lighting up the entire sky. It spread like an exploding net, a million lines crisscrosssing the sky.

In front of the completed tower, the troops the factory had churned out were standing stock still. From a high balcony, seven Battle Androids flew out. They did not have PowerKey Staffs. Only Ifurita had been given that. They held various other weapons. They were the Nine Furies. Only Seven were in Angband at the time. Ifurita was with the Dark Lord. Hagendaaz, had left for the Camp with 10,00 troops. In front of the Tower, five million troops awaited their commands. Inside the dungeons of Angband, being bred like worms, were various monsters collected by the biologists that Zenevas had hired earlier. They had brought a hundred thousand monsters initially, to spawn an army:Deceivers, Destroyers, Devastators, Derelicts, Skeletons, Golems, Magmoors, Virusez, Forestores, Squitals, Orange Mists, Frecteres, corrupted Reaper's Slaves that have fallen under Katha's thrall, Armored Yetis, Ents, War Ants, assorted Mimes, MooMoos, Bad Beefs, Lavoors, Firebirds, Draconis Rexes, Crebrates, Hives, Pawns and Thrashers. All had answered Angband's call. A few hours later, another army joined them A huge host of monsters that Lumelia had rallied to Zenevas' side. The army was ready. They poured in the millions out of the tower, though the breeding monsters remained. The Metro Region will be hell on earth.

The Tower of Angband, seat of power of the Dark Lord Zenevas. Rising six thousand feet into the fiery sky of the wretched region, all who bow to the banner of Kal-saitharak fear it, as should his adversaries.

Rhanta was there in accident. He didn't know how he got there, he just knew that he's exploring. He stumbled into a small hill, and looked at the large tower that lies ahead. It's suspicious, building it at such a public area for pros, he wondered if it's a Danger Tower or a new spot.

Deep in the darkness and the fiery might of Angband, a red light kindled. Movement in the shadows.
From Rhanta's position, he saw a three figures flying through the great five hundred foot doors of the mighty fortress. They were fast. Some sort of nebula shot out of the top of the tower, crating a dome two hundred miles radius. The Tower had detected an intruder. Now the land of Kal-saitharak had been sealed.
The three figures landed a dozen feet from Rhanta's spot. They were three boys, little more than in their late teens of early twenties. One of them had long black hair tied into a ponytail with a gold clasp. He held a katar in his left hand. The other was hooded and robed, his long pale face barely visible in the gloom of his hood. An enormous great axe hung easily in his right hand, as if it were made of air. The last one was tall and had a helmet on. He had a smoldering armor that seemed to be made of drying magma. He held a vicious looking spear in both hands.
The one with the spear suddenly leapt into action stabbing down towards Rhanta's throat. The hooded one swung his great axe sideways, aiming to cut of Rhanta's legs. The one holding the katar leapt upwards and began to descend, his weapon pointed at Rhanta's neck.

"Huh?" asked Rhanta, generating three huge column-constructs from his hands and forehead that pushed the three boys away. He wasn't surely expecting this. Rhanta noticed the three boys, their familiar black garb, familiar with his but very quite different with his style, and took a very lucky guess who could be the one who built this strange tower. From Rhanta's feet came a tall energy column-construct, and he was lifted from the ground. He crouched and sat on the column.

"If my guess is right," said Rhanta, raising an eyebrow, "You came here to eliminate the 'intruder', which is, unluckily, me. But of course," he said, making it rain large, sharp, shadow-cones from the darkness all over the place, and from his own black cloaks. From the shadows of the three boys 'rained' smaller shadow cones, aimed at them. "It will take hard work before you eliminate the likes of me."

He called using his telepathy, but with a loud-enough voice to be heard by everyone in a twenty-feet radius, 'I found something. Check my visual out.'

It's sure dangerous if you explore a very dangerous place as a leader of your very own Clan. Rhanta didn't even have to hold one of the hilts.

The shadow cones splattered uselessly against a hidden shield. It must have been powerful to deflect the attack. They pointed their weapons at Rhanta and fire beams of searing white-blue light. Rhanta had seen that light before. In the dome. Coming from Ifurita's PowerKey Staff. The beams raced towards Rhanta's vantage point. Suddenly, a mental attack hit him. It was the cold dread voice that had pierced his thoughts in the weapons room. But this time, it said nothing but gave only a huge amount of pain, like thousand burning needles stabbing at his head.

"Ow," said Rhanta, noticing the pain. He immediately transferred to the shadows, and then reappeared about twenty feet away from the three boys. "It's this creepy mental attack, again," said Rhanta, knowing what to do. Since he's a master telepath, he blocked the user's voice to enter his head. "Kinda dangerous," said Rhanta, smiling. He sealed his head with his mask, preventing any physical external force to kick in. "About five minutes. Is that enough?"

Suddenly an Aqua Madness Derelict engulfed Rhanta from behind, trapping him in a tomb of rushing water. 5 Frost Chill Deceivers appeared behind the Derelict, freezing Rhanta inside. Ogremoch, keeper of the Lands of Fire, stabbed his spear into the Derelict, aiming for Rhanta's neck. The mental attack came, even stronger. It came from the tower, from the presence of the Dark Lord, who, with the help of the Helm of Angband, smashed Rhanta's defenses, attacking his mind anew. It began to distort his memories, twisting faces and planting horrble images in his head.

A man, slowly pulling out his own intestines, staring at it with fascination

A city, burning as people coated with flame ran through, their skin peeling off like a grilled chickens as their exposed muscles bled profusely or were torn in the rubble

"...the hell?" thought Rhanta, heating himself up, both with the remaining flame and the flame from the environment, and then a large 'hula hoop' of energy appeared and pushed everything that's near him away. He jumped away, and pushed the mental attack further with telepathy. He's nearly pushing it off whole. Well...'near' only. There's an external force at work. He used support from his Mask to 'push it all out' for one sec, and he immediately hid in the shadows, reappearing on the nearest shadow away from his 'accidental trip': a nearby cliff.

He reappeared there, gave one last gaze, remembering the exact place, and Logged out.

In the deep darkness of the tower, Zenevas smashed his fist down hard on the armrests of his throne in the topmost room. Again! They logged out to avoid destruction!
He glowered. It was highly unfair, he thought. In the Dome, and now that he had nearly squashed the fool that had dared to even insult his weapon. His mind reeled. There was a solution to anything...and he was going to find out what.
He noticed a bot kneeling in a side entrance. "Speak." he commanded.
"My lord most high, the magicians have completed their work."
Zenevas swept up his robes and went down, deep into the fiery and fetid dungeons of Angband.
There, in a circular room, seven magicians had been strapped onto the walls. They were quiet dead. Their bodies had swollen to grotesque sizes. An odd clicking noise was heard in the room. Suddenly, their bodies exploded into ash. Seven awkward creatures stumbled out of their remains. They appeared to be some sort of bird. They had beaks. And feathers. And razor sharp talons. They also had needle sharp teeth. Zenevas picked one up and touched it between the eyes. He had taken its mind. The creature obeyed his will now. The helm and the power of the tower itself had seen to that. His seven hounds. They were now ready to take first flight.

From the top of Angband, seven monstrous creatures launched themselves into the air. The Ak-Baba shrieked and dove in the air and headed into the direction of the Arena.

In the deep darkness of the Tower, Ahrma was dead. Three liches surrounded him.
"Through fire you have come and now in shadow you shall be reborn." said the first.
"Ahrma!" said the two.
"The Dark Lord seeks your power in this time of war, for none can slay so many as you." said the second.
"Ahrma!" saidd the two.
"Now we bestow to you our gift of life under the servitude of Zenevas and the blood red banner of Kal-saitharak!"
"AHRMA!" Roared all three.
And Ahrma rose from the dead, his fire still red but his face a skull with peeling flesh and claws of bone.

Zenevas stepped into the chamber, his cloak billowing around him, with him was Ogremoch, the Keeper of the Lands of Fire. The Dark Lord looked at Ahrma.
"Welcome, Lord Ahrma. I trust your death was quite unexpected?"
The being said nothing.
"Leave us." Zenevas commanded. The three liches bowed and left the chamber.
He crooked a finger and Ogremoch stepped forward."Lord Ahrma, this will be your new host body, Ogremoch!"
The demon prince disappeared in a flash of flame and fire.
Ogremoch stood, his face cracked with flame, wings of human faces grew from his shoulders. Ahrma had lost his whip, but Ogremoch's spear would suffice.
"Behold, Ahrma the Risen Flame, Keeper of Kal-saitharak!"

A whisper appeared on Zenevas' head saying "My lord... I am Samael... or in short for recognition... John Vigo... I am sorry that I bounded to Tugudung the Titan... I am asking for a... a... pardon... that you will spare the time for my Deep Sleep... I will no longer walk for years again in this world... I will hybernate but still at your side my lord... for additional man power... please give me my pardon..." as the whisper from Zenevas' head have ended, a vision of Samael was shown to his mater showing a Barren wasteland of ice at the famous Arden Forest...

Zenevas was not pleased. He felt the tensions of war. He grit his teeth and replied.
"Your own foolishness and lust for power is to blame for this. I cannot refuse you this. But remember, Deep Sleep or not, I will wake you before the Dawn of the Invasion."

"I am sorry for my lack of... *sudden change of voice* I AM SORRY FOR YOU LACK OF IGNNORANCE... I WILL BE AWAKEN SOON... I WILL WALK AND TREMBLE THOSE WHO APPOSE US... LONG LIVE ANGBAND..." as a cracking,booming and gusting voice entered Zenevas head, then a tinggling and a chill crwaled into his spine.

Zenevas did not like this, nor was he bothered. He cut the connection and turned towards the sky. He would have to learn patience.

"Lord Zenevas, it is time to wage war to claim cyberspace" Niveus said.

Red lightning struck the Dark Tower, like swords spearing a towering entity. Black clouds swirled around its precipice, and a thundering sound echoed in this bleak domain.
LET THIS ORE BECOME MY TESTAMENT IN THIS WORLD. WITH IT, I SHALL SUNDER MY ENEMIES AND BRING DAMNATION UPON THEM. BRIMSTONE SHALL BE SCATTERED IN HIS HABITATION AND SHADOWS SHALL DWELL IN HIS HEART FOREVER.
And a black metallic crystal appeared.
